Procore
Procore is where many general contractors already keep drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals and daily logs, which makes its AI unusually useful. Procore Helix is the intelligence layer across that data. Procore Assist answers plain-English questions like "what fire rating does the spec require for corridor doors?" from the project's own documents. Its photo intelligence summarises progress and flags possible safety issues from jobsite photos.
The agents save real hours. The RFI agent drafts an RFI and searches the project documents for an existing answer first. The Daily Log agent turns a superintendent's notes and photos into the log. Agent Builder, in open beta for all customers since October 2025, lets teams build their own agents in plain language.
Pricing is the weak spot: Procore charges by annual construction volume with no public price list, so ask which AI features are in your contract. And photo-based safety flags are a prompt to look, not a safety inspection.
Pick it if you already run projects in Procore. Skip it if your company is standardised on Autodesk.
