Fireflies.ai has four plans. Free covers meeting transcription with 400 minutes of storage, limited AI summaries and 20 AI credits a month. Pro costs $10 per seat a month billed yearly or $18 monthly, with unlimited summaries, 8,000 minutes of storage per seat and video recording. Business costs $19 per seat billed yearly or $29 monthly and adds unlimited storage, conversation intelligence and team analytics. Enterprise costs $39 per seat a month, billed yearly only, and adds HIPAA, SSO, SCIM and custom data retention.
On top of the seat price, AskFred, AI Skills and other AI extras run on AI credits, so heavy users may need credit packs. Prices are in US dollars as shown on Fireflies' pricing page on 25 September 2026.

Is there a free plan?
The free plan is useful for testing but tight for regular use. Fireflies advertises unlimited transcription through its bot, Chrome extension and desktop app, but storage stops at 400 minutes (listed per team on the pricing page), so you must delete old meetings to keep recording. AI summaries are limited: Fireflies' help centre says new accounts get a few transcription credits for summaries (3 when you sign up on the website). You also get 20 AI credits a month for AskFred and AI Skills, a 2-hour limit per recording, no video and no downloads.

Yes, for teams that will use the integrations and analytics. Pro at $10 per seat a month billed yearly ($120 a year) is one of the cheapest ways to give a whole team recorded, searchable meetings with CRM and Slack links, and Business at $19 adds unlimited storage and team analytics.

Volume discounts and billing
Fireflies says it offers volume discounts when you buy a plan for more than 50 members. Yearly billing saves up to 44% against monthly. Enterprise adds payment by invoice. Sign-in uses Google or Microsoft (Outlook) accounts, with SSO available on Enterprise.
- Add only the people who record meetings as seats. Others can read shared recap links for free.
- Pay yearly: Pro drops from $18 to $10 per seat, a saving of $96 per seat a year.
- Check AI credit use after the first month and turn off automatic credit upgrades if you want a fixed bill.
- On Free, delete meetings you no longer need to stay under the 400-minute storage cap.
- Teams of more than 50 people should ask for the volume discount before signing.
